This is a bit of a quirky film. It is a Woody Allen film after all. Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams are a couple visiting Paris and he finds himself mysteriously going back to the 1920s every day at midnight. Marion Cotillard lives in 1920s Paris and they fall in love.
The joy of this film for me is the beautiful star of the show – Paris. Her quaint laneways, cafe society, artists and writers of the 20s and inside present-day Musee de L’Orangerie and Musee Rodin. It transports you there and brings back lovely memories or adds to your travel wishlist.
Marion Cotillard is exquisite and oh so French. She is stylish, flirtatious, sweet and passionate. And has the most delectable wardrobe.
Who would not like to wander along the Seine after dark with Owen Wilson? His character is so adorable.
And perhaps wear something a touch bohemian, inspired by Jazz Age Paris, for a late night espresso at Les Deux Magots.
Dress – Katies embroidered yoke dress
Gold necklace – Rare Rabbit faceted square necklace
Red necklace – Nest of Pambula tree with swallow charm necklace
Cross body bag – Bohemian Traders Mythology bag
Sandals – Therapy Middleton sandals
What would be top of your list to do if you were off to Paris tomorrow?
